I am pleased to present Finnprofiles’ annual ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) report, highlighting our unwavering commitment to sustainability and our three guiding pillars: Environment, Social, and Governance.
Environmental sustainability remains our top priority. This year, we invested in waste reduction, recycling programs, and analyzed our environmental impact through life cycle mapping. ISO 14001 certification is planned for next fiscal year, reflecting our dedication to environmental management and continuous improvement.
Our employees’ well-being and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us. We uphold Finnish standards for health, safety, quality, and environmental management, ensuring reliable and high-quality products. ISO 9001 certification underscores our commitment to excellence.
Governance is the foundation of our sustainability framework. Transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct are essential for building trust with stakeholders. We regularly audit our processes for continuous improvement.

FinnProfiles has been granted support from the European Regional Development Fund for a development project called Energiatekno.
This grant was allocated for the period from 2020 to 2022, and we have made significant progress since its initiation. The Energiatekno project aims to implement new production methods that will not only reduce our company’s carbon footprint but also expand our product range to offer more sophisticated solutions. We are excited about the advancements we have achieved thus far and remain committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to our valued customers.

Finnprofiles has been diligently conducting audits and research into our operations and material flows to identify and address our weakest links. We are actively investing in initiatives to improve these areas and achieve greater sustainability. In 2023, we have made significant strides in our Environmental and Governance efforts, striving to provide our customers with the most reliable products while managing our carbon footprints efficiently.
As part of our commitment to transparency and accountability, starting from 2023, we have made our annual ESG reports accessible for all external users. These reports will also be available in our internal database, enabling us to closely monitor our progress and developments.Through this practice, we aim to convey our deep-rooted values and care for our planet and society, demonstrating our dedication to sustainability and responsible business practices.
