Normally, the process includes consultation, planning, product development, sales, production and delivery. At FinnProfiles, all phases are transparent, and our aim is to work closely with our customer. In this way, our customer can be assured that things are progressing and everything is being managed in the best possible manner. Indeed, we have spent a great deal of time developing our processes and creating specific standards, phases and responsibilities in moving forward. But the final responsibility always lies with the sales agent, who, at FinnProfiles, doubles as a project manager. When each customer is assigned just one contact person, who is familiar with the product and the various phases involved and has an up-to-the-minute idea of the process, we can be sure not to drop the ball at any stage.
